Student Judicial Board At Florida State University, students have a central role in the adjudication of cases under the Student Conduct Code. The Student Judicial Board affords charged students a peer review option in the administrative hearing process. The Student Judicial Board is primarily comprised of undergraduate students who hear cases on a weekly basis. The Student Judicial Board hears both informal and formal cases and may utilize the entire range of sanctions set forth in the Student Conduct Code. Are you interested in serving on the Student Judicial Board? The Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities welcomes students who are interested in the University judicial process. Student Judicial Board justices are recruited and trained on an annual basis. Justices typically serve through the Fall and Spring semesters. The selection process begins mid-Spring with an application and personal interview. All applicants must be in good standing with the University and have a minimum GPA. We encourage any interested students to contact the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities for further information. |
